Since every B&B operates differently, we will discuss your particular property and needs. I will then offer you a quote for my services based on that information.

My fee begins with a set daily rate for me to be at your property- then I charge a percentage against your gross revenue for rooms occupied.

Travel expenses may be a consideration based on travel, location and duration of assignment.
